FREE OF CHARGE to all customers - including national and international deliveries.

Purchases will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Parcel Force, Royal Mail International Signed For,  FedEx or DPD.

Other delivery providers may be used in extenuating circumstances.

Dispatch Time

All items are condition checked prior to packaging.

Dispatch is normally on the next working day but we cannot guarantee items will be despatched immediately. If you require something for a specific date, please contact us.

Insurance In Transit

Insurance cover is provided FREE OF CHARGE for items up to the value of £30,000.

All items are fully insured and sent at the risk of Trafalgar Jewellers.

Returns Policy

Upon receipt of your purchase, you have a 14-day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please inform Trafalgar Jewellers immediately either by email to returns@trafalgarjewellers.co.uk or by phone +44 (0) 191 250 7117 and return the item within 14 days in the same condition as originally sent and you will receive a full refund.

The 14-day money back guarantee is void if Trafalgar Jewellers is not contacted immediately if you have any concerns, or in cases where an item has been specifically customised to meet your personal requirements prior to receipt.

We understand that buying jewellery over the internet can be quite challenging, which is why we operate our returns policy in a very relaxed manner and we will do everything we can to accomodate you. We'd never expect a customer to keep something that wasn't right for them - we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase.
