What payment methods are accepted?

You can make payment securely online using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Delta cards. Your information is completely secure and goes directly through SagePay - our online payment partner. If you prefer to pay over the telephone you may call us on + 44 191 250 7117. We also accept cheques and direct bank transfer in several currencies.

Can I reserve or hold items?

You can reserve an item for 1 week without a deposit.

Can an item be paid for over a time period?

Payment by installments is sometimes a possible option. Please contact Peter Marr by calling or clicking here.

I purchased an item and wish to return it, how do I do that?

When you receive your item you have a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please inform Peter Marr as soon as you can by telephone or clicking here. We fully understand that you need to handle and feel jewellery before you can be totally sure that you have made the right choice. We want to sell the right item to the right person.

How much do you charge for postage/shipping?

Nothing. It's free, always.

Do you ship abroad?

We're always happy to send items abroad, though we cannot always give precise delivery dates.

I like one of your rings but it's the wrong size, can you help?

We will, wherever possible, alter the size of a ring to fit. On a rare occasion this may not be possible. Any ring size alteration is always free of charge and completed by our master jeweller.

Are your prices including VAT or is there an extra charge added?

Most of our items are sold on the second hand 'Margin Scheme', so there is no VAT for the customer to pay. The price you see is the price you will be charged.
