The 3.75 carat natural, untreated Burma sapphire of a gorgeous, deep, inky-blue colour mounted in platinum claws, flanked on each side by a single old-cut diamond, each of approximately 1.20 carats, H-I colour, SI clarity. Uniform, heavy polished platinum shank. Circa 1930s. Accompanied by a certificated from GCS London stating that the sapphire is natural, of Burma origin and with no indications of heat treatment. A very fine quality ring featuring particularly fine gemstones.
