A particularly pleasing antique sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The central cushion-cut sapphire is of a beautiful, even and intense cornflower blue. Mounted in ten claws and surrounded by ten old mine-cut diamonds of bright and lively nature. A single old-cut diamond is set in each shoulder. 18-carat rose gold shank and undersetting, decorated with engraved scalloping.
Accompanied by a certificate from GCS stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin and has not been subjected to any thermal enhancement. Unheated sapphires are rare.
