The rectangular case in platinum is adorned with a border of diamonds and sapphires and chased scroll work to the sides. The lugs are also set with diamonds and sapphires. The platinum bracelet is spring-loaded and expandable and secured with a tongue and groove clasp, featuring a figure-8 safety clasp. Ivory-white dial with 'Limoges' style painting. Blued steel hands. The plain case back opens on a hinge to expose the rectangular, lever escapement movement, which is marked 'No 174215 Patek Philippe and Co. Geneva Switzerland Eighteen (18) Jewels Eight (8) Adjustments'.
The watch is accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract From the Archives. This states that the watch was manufactured in 1913 and sold 18th September 1913.
